MASTER BEDROOM

King-size bed dressed in fresh linen, blackout curtains, and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, and a complete set of cookware and utensils.

TERRACE

Outdoor dining table for six, two sun loungers, and a charcoal grill — your private spot for sunsets and slow mornings.

3:00 PM

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you'd like to arrive earlier, send us a message — we'll do our best, depending on the day's schedule.

Arriving after 9:00 PM? Let us know in advance so we can prepare your late check-in. If anything changes en route, just send us a quick note.

Your keys are waiting in the lockbox by the front door. We'll send the access code by message the day before you arrive.

FRONT DOOR

Enter the 4-digit code, then turn the handle to the right. The door can stick — give it a firm push.

COURTYARD GATE

The smaller key opens the side gate to the courtyard and bike storage.

Parking

Free street parking in front of the villa, usually plenty of space.
Secure underground garage 200 m away (€10/day) — useful in summer or for longer stays.

By air: 25 min by taxi from Alicante–Elche Airport (ALC). Pre-booked transfer available — ask us.
By train: 5 min walk from Costa Verde station (regional line, direct from Alicante in 35 min).
By car: GPS coordinates 38.5421, -0.1305. Free street parking out front.

HOUSE RULES

We've kept the rules simple — please help us keep Casa del Sol comfortable for the next guests.

No smoking inside the villa. The terrace is fine — please use the ashtray provided.

Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbours.

Pets are welcome with prior approval — please ask before booking.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Keep the villa tidy and report any damage right away — accidents happen, no worries.

Always lock the front door and gate when leaving, even for short trips.
